TIME WASTE!!!

During the interview, the interviewer seemed distracted and appeared to be working on something else. Moreover, the interviewer didn’t seem experienced and appeared confused about his own solutions, which further made it difficult to engage meaningfully with the technical problems presented.

Despite submitting my solution, I wasn't selected, and the overall experience felt disheartening. It gave the impression that the interview was not taken seriously.

Pros: By the time I left Chewy, there were few pros.

Cons: Constant gaslighting by leadership, even when presented with a paper trail that directly contradicts, they will never accept blame. It's bizarre. It was a good place when I started in 2021, but it began going downhill in 2023.

Growing unsustainably with no strategy

Pros: Nice employee perks, including retail discount. Lots of happy hour and learning and development opportunities.

Cons: Tons of turnover. Teams never know what others are doing. Lots of gaps in senior management make the situation worse.
