Then came a one-on-one coding challenge that was very quick and easy.
After that came a full day of virtual on-site with some technical discussions and a couple different coding challenges.
My word of advice is that they apparently are not like most places and would rather see you blaze through the coding challenges than spend the time explaining your thoughts as you code it out.
