Scheduled a 1-hour technical phone screen with the hiring manager and one other team member. They asked very conceptual and theoretical questions; there were no coding questions. (Did not enjoy the process.)

30 minutes of behavioral questions using the STAR method.

- OOPs concepts
- Design concepts (very theoretical)
- SQL
- Previous experience
No coding questions.
