Process
The interview process involved the following rounds:
- 1st round: HackerRank MCQ questions.
- 2nd round: Recruiter phone screening.
- 3rd and final round: A 45-minute behavioral interview followed by a 45-minute technical interview.
I thought I performed well. However, it turned out they had filled all their internship spots before my final round and canceled all interviews scheduled after mine. The recruiter apologized.
They ended up emailing me a month later to say they were going to have a meeting about whether or not I could still join. The answer was no, which was a way to get my hopes up.
Overall, the interviewing experience was great, but obviously unorganized on their end, which I didn't realize until it was finished.
