Chewy is an awesome company that walks the talk when it comes to corporate values and customer experience. My leaders are genuine and caring people who want to see me be successful and aren't motivated by their own egos. I am fully remote and enjoy unlimited PTO and have never been made to feel bad for taking time off to get refreshed or healthy.
My fully remote team is spread across 5 states, but we've only been able to get together in-person once in one year.
