Pros

Still have food culture left, which is the only pro I see.

Cons
  • Forget promotions.
  • Salary structure revised on the basis of nonsense like: "Since last year stock performed well, you will get less hike." I mean, where was that logic when the stock consistently performed badly for 2 years and people who joined at an all-time high? Then nobody cared about giving a hike anyway.
  • Management is not honest and always talks. Keep changing goals and teams without any idea what's going on. It's like an org change every year, lol.
Advice to Management
  • Try to be more transparent and honest.
  • Make sure the culture is not replaced to make it more like Amazon.
