Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision
Some really talented people.
Great overall product.
Pay; for the number of hours.
Leadership; at the C-suite level, not just the CEO.
Wasting money; besides the wasted money for multiple projects that go nowhere, the C-suite compensation doesn't make sense for the share price.
Unlimited PTO; rarely able to be used and requires manager approval. Also, no accrued pay after you leave.
Culture; expected to not have a life.
Transparency; management leaves teams in the dark.
Lack of focus; not enough upper management leadership directing a vision.
Silos; too many teams not working together to achieve a goal, and multiple teams working on similar deliverables because they don't talk.
The board should elect a new CEO that dives deep into every part of how the company is run. Get rid of nepotism hires (including Amazonians). Find areas of high employee churn, and you'll find poor performance at the executive levels. Unless someone was desperate, I wouldn't recommend anyone work here. This is a shame, since the overall product is good, and they could be doing better.
