Small teams, lots of room for growth. The team I was on was overhauling the system they were in charge of, so I got to use some very cool new tech. Everyone is really nice.
I think your experience depends on which team you are assigned to. Leadership idolizes Amazon (for me, this is a con, but I guess it depends on who you ask).
