Process

Very good, straightforward, and fair interview process. It was just a little lengthy because the company had paused hiring to reallocate headcount in the middle of my process, leading to longer than average waits.

Very nice recruiter, friendly interviewers, and fair questions.

The interview process included:

Recruiter intro call (first round)
Technical coding screen with an engineer
A four-round onsite day consisting of:
- Coding interview
- System design
- Product xfn interview (behavioral)
- Engineering manager resume/experience deep dive (behavioral)
