The process began with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical screening.

The technical screening did not involve LeetCode-style questions. I answered all questions promptly and passed all test cases. In fact, I completed the challenge quicker than the allocated time, so the interviewer and I spent the remainder of the time asking questions.

I received an auto-generated rejection email the next day.

The experience was negative because I was given the impression that they simply did not care about the performance during the technical screening. Why bother inviting me to the interview then?
