Pros: Chime connections once per quarter are a huge boost to morale. You get to participate in an experience alongside other Chimers that feels really authentic and fun. Examples include: * Tea tasting * Lego building * Painting

Cons: Rapidly growing, so things do get shaken around often. That said, priorities have remained focused and clear.

Pros: People here are nice to work with, and the company does care about the employees. We get an extra day off each month to relax and recharge because the company cares about our physical and mental health, especially during the pandemic. The company leadership team has a very clear goal and target for its business, and everything we do as an engineer is very goal/target driven. The company also hosts many events, both small groups and company level, to let us connect with each other. Everyone in the engineering org is also open to share ideas and help. Definitely a good place to work.

Cons: The company has 3 main offices: San Francisco, Chicago, and Vancouver. Some benefits are only available for US employees. (Overall, the benefit is still better than at other places I've worked.) Also, because the company is rapidly growing, there might be quite some re-orgs happening in the near future.
