Being at Chime for 2 years, this is what I observed:

• Everyone, including the executive team, truly cares about customers. Chime's core values are truly lived, e.g., being member-obsessed.
• Awesome business fundamentals. Chime is on an amazing growth trajectory!

• Management and the executive team really care about employees.

Chime is the best place I've worked at. I'm really enjoying it and feel empowered to do my best work. Knowing my work is having a huge positive impact on our members and looking forward to the interactions with other employees makes me look forward to coming to the office every day.

Being a startup means things move relatively fast, but not hectically. Priorities can change, and I think that's to be expected when working for a startup. If you love working for startups, then you'll love to work at Chime!
