I applied through Elitmus. Initially, I wrote a technical written test. Candidates selected from this test were called for direct interviews a week later.
The face-to-face interview consisted of two rounds: the engineer panel and the managerial round.
In the engineer panel, they asked everything from my resume. They gave me 2 minutes and asked me to describe the technical aspects of myself. Then, they asked basic troubleshooting questions, such as, "If you are watching a video on YouTube and it suddenly stops, what troubleshooting mechanisms will you employ?"
Those who got through the engineer panel then attended the managerial round. In this round, some basic personal questions were asked, like "Where did you finish college?" and "Which is your hometown?" Then, they presented a scenario and asked how I would manage that situation.
The engineer panel interview lasted about half an hour, and the managerial round was about 15 minutes. They announced the shortlisted candidates after a week.
