TAC is a factory of slaves.
You will be asked to do the work of a higher grade in order to prove yourself, but don't expect a salary hike/promotion.
No training was provided; you are expected from day 0 to know the technology you are handling.
Legacy technologies for some teams.
TAC Brussels is closing down since it is not competitive any more.
Low salary.
A LOT of micromanagement.
No overtime being paid.
No career path to move to CX.

Cons: Work-life balance isn’t that cool since you deal with a lot of customers and a new issue to debug every other day.
