Pros: Excellent company culture, the manager doesn't stress you, instead they empower you and give you the freedom to operate.
They trust and respect you.
Depending on the team, remote work is allowed, as in my case.
Cons: No one in particular. The disadvantages are typical of large multinationals, where codebases are large and many people work on them. There is a long cascade of managers to go through before anything is decided. Nothing particularly bad, if that's what you're looking for in a multinational company.
