I have 2.5 years of experience and applied for the above position directly on the Cisco job portal. I received a call from HR and then completed a HackerEarth round, which included two programming questions and 5-6 MCQs. The questions were quite easy.

After the HackerEarth round, I waited 3-4 days for HR to respond, but no one called. Only after I contacted them myself did they check my score and schedule the interview, as I had cleared the first round.

On the day of the interview, I was kept waiting in a meeting room for almost an hour until the interviewer arrived. Subsequently, I had three technical rounds, and I was told they would revert regarding the further process. It has already been a week, and I even sent an email asking for an update, but there has been no reply.

The interview itself was good, but the HR team was quite unprofessional. They kept the candidate waiting for hours for the interview and did not revert back in a timely manner.
