Entry Level Engineer Interview Experience - Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

Process

The interview involved multiple technical rounds, followed by some "people skills" questions.

I was shown around the campus and the labs.

I met all the team members in the group and had the opportunity to ask questions about what they do, how long they have been in their current roles, and if they enjoyed their work.

There were "what would you do" type questions to check my level of understanding and troubleshooting skills.

The final round was with the manager.

Questions

Basically, whatever I had on my resume, they wanted to know if I knew about it.
