Process
I applied on the career site and received an email to set up a technical screen. There was no phone call from a recruiter to discuss the position or anything else.
The tech screen went well; the questions were quite easy (LeetCode easy).
However, after that, the recruiter ghosted me, and there was no reply to my follow-ups. It has been more than a month now, and I still haven't heard back from them. It was a totally horrible experience.
