Process
Initial phone interview with a Sr. Engineer.
On-site interviews with 6 people:
- 2 managers
- 2 Tech Leads
- 2 Sr. Engineers
They asked about my prior experiences and the reasons for leaving previous jobs.
Everyone seemed nice and friendly, and the working environment was excellent.
The only letdown in the whole interview process was dealing with HR. They simply do not follow up.
I had to contact them two days before the interview to set up travel arrangements. I constantly reminded them to process my travel reimbursement. I called and emailed them several times to get a response.
They are not proactive at all.
