Process
I applied on-site and after one day, received a call from the hiring engineer. I had a phone interview within two days. The technical questions were all from the job description, and the engineer also checked my background. I was then invited for an on-site interview, which included three technical interviews. All questions pertained to MPLS, OSPF, and programming skills. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, who asked some psychological questions.
After a few days, I received an offer.
