One phone interview and two on-sites. It was a professional interview experience that gave me exposure to the working environment and team vibe of Cisco.
The whole process until the offer decision did not involve a recruiter; Cisco's technical department has independent power to recruit people.
Questions
Phone interview queried personal background, reason for leaving job, etc.
On-site 1 offered a written test regarding some basic TCL and Python questions. It also involved developer and team manager queries about technical experiences.
On-site 2 offered familiarity with SJC team members via telcon.
