Work-life balance is respected, and the company provides great exposure to cutting-edge technologies. The environment is collaborative, and interns are treated as valuable contributors rather than just assistants.
Cons: The pace of work can feel slow at times due to bureaucratic processes. Onboarding and documentation could be improved for interns.
