The interview process was smooth. You first have to give an OA, and then there's one technical round, one managerial round, and one HR round. After that, you get selected.
I got into the HR round and was done with that, but I got no offer.
You need to have good "CN" things.

Inorder, preorder, and postorder traversal, and zigzag traversal.

Pros: I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects that actually added value. The mentorship culture at Cisco is strong, and senior engineers are always approachable.
Work-life balance is respected, and the company provides great exposure to cutting-edge technologies. The environment is collaborative, and interns are treated as valuable contributors rather than just assistants.
Cons: The pace of work can feel slow at times due to bureaucratic processes. Onboarding and documentation could be improved for interns. Some projects may feel limited in scope depending on the team you get assigned to. The global scale sometimes makes communication across teams slightly challenging.
