Most interviews happen on the same day. If an initial interview isn't very positive, they still conduct the other interviews and make a decision after the HM (Hiring Manager) round. This approach is neither entirely good nor bad.

Round 1: Online assessment containing 2-3 coding questions and some MCQs.

Round 2: Video interview where questions were regarding current projects, tech stack, some use cases, and one problem to sum two linked lists on an IDE.

Round 3: This also involved some scenarios like database scaling, application scaling, reducing database fetch times, and one coding question to read input from a file and count the number of occurrences of a particular word.

Round 4: Hiring manager round involved discussion around projects, goals, and HR-kind of questions.
