However, everyone knows it's to save real estate. - Toxic/micro-management that has no interest in growing the business unit. - Unrealistic deadlines and compromises on quality, and scapegoating of engineers when issues are seen in production. - Favouritism. - Limited salary hikes. - Management wastes engineers' time with pointless meetings and status updates, and expects work to be completed out of office hours. - Not much technical work; usually, it involves firefighting with bad-quality code written in America.

Pros: Good people, good environment, so much to learn.

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to keep everything up.
