Pros: Managers are typically very welcoming and positive throughout your experience. The team you work with comes from all backgrounds and brings their unique perspectives into meetings and architectures.
Free food in the London office, sleeping pods in the Bedfont Lakes offices, a hot desk environment, and using the latest tech for meeting rooms. Offices are a solid 10/10.
Cons: Working from the UK, you might have to adapt yourself to US time zones a lot of times.
Cisco believes in letting teams be split even by 8 hours.
I had my team working all from the West in SF to the East, including France. That's quite a lot of time zones to account for.
Makes late evenings quite a frequent event (past 6 PM, never more than 7:30 PM).
