Software Developer II Interview Experience - United States

March 1, 2017
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I got the interview through a referral. It took an entire month.

I had an initial screening with the program manager.

Then there were two technical interviews, each 45 minutes.

After a week, I was given a verbal offer.

After another week, the manager contacted me and said there was an HR policy to have four rounds of technical interviews.

I took the next set of technical interviews (two rounds), and did well.

But the manager got back to me and said they were moving with another candidate.

Questions
