Pros: Plenty of teams to choose from, relatively easy to transfer internally.
Plenty of opportunity if you are willing to put in the effort and occasionally reinvent yourself.
One of the safest places to be if you expect an economic downturn.
Mobile-worker friendly.
Cons: RSUs are reserved for the higher-ups, and the stock doesn't grow much anyway. It's about the salary and bonuses.
