I got into the final rounds of interviews with the help of an agency. The interview went fine, and I almost answered all the questions correctly. The manager seemed to expect me to know it all. They are really trying to squeeze all the juice from a developer so they don't have to invest in DevOps, QA, or a Linux administrator. This approach is truly a letdown for many.
After the interview, they rejected me, saying, 'As you cannot come to the office, you are not the right fit.' After three interviews, this cannot be the reason. You should have rejected me in earlier rounds. Too much energy is exhausted with your type of interviews.
Situation-based questions, like, "What if one module in the whole ecosystem is not working? What would you do?"
