Both of the coding questions were simple and straightforward.
They had come for four roles and had shortlisted around 50 people for each role. Luck really mattered a lot rather than knowledge.

- Good work-life balance
Cons: - too many re-orgs
- During my tenure of 1.5 years, I went through 3 re-orgs. It may cause good in the long run, but I have seen it causing a lot of noise and discomfort to the engineers.

Pros: You are recognized as someone who has worked on Cisco IOS platforms.
Cons: I have been at Cisco for more than a decade and worked across multiple business units.
Cisco's SP routing business unit (IOS-XR) is one of the bad experiences of my career.
The leadership is really spineless and visionless.
The managers here are merely task managers rather than people managers.
Someone needs to make them understand that they need to take care of people, and people will take care of work themselves.
Instead, they give frivolous arguments and metrics to run away from their responsibility to motivate and retain good employees.
