This is the worst interview experience I have ever had. After wasting my 7 hours, the recruiter said the salary range is 40k less than my expectation, which was provided in the beginning. They still wasted my time:

• Very unprofessional and non-responsive recruiter. She explained to me the agenda of interviews or replied to my emails.
• Other than two interviewers, Niloy & Ali, all others didn't know what they should be asking in the interview. They literally read my resume during the interview and were out of questions in half the time. One of the interviewers had her camera off the entire interview.
• The same discussion happened in four interviews.

Suggestions to management:

• Polish the interview process to be what you wanted when you were a candidate.
• Get some knowledgeable and professional interviewers. Having a decade of experience doesn't make you a good interviewer.
• Make some sensible rounds: Manager round → Technical → Director/Final instead of:
  • Normal chat
  • Normal chat
  • Normal chat
  • Normal chat
  • Manager
  • Unnecessary Director interview

Mostly resume-based plus 3 easy-medium level algorithms.
