Process
I applied via the Cisco jobs portal and was contacted by a recruiter after a couple of days. The interview process had multiple stages:
- A pre-screening call with the recruiter.
- A screening with the hiring manager.
- Two on-site technical interviews, each lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes.
(These technical interviews depend on the team and your qualifications. I had a mix of computer networking and basic algorithms & data structures questions.)
