Pros: Best work culture. Technology edge. Good exposure to technologies and ample space to follow new technologies out of curriculum, with good encouragement.
Cons: Hikes are not frequent, but packages are good enough.

Pros: Cisco is an ocean of knowledge. There is nothing that is not there in Cisco documentation.
Cons: It's high time Cisco matches the industry salary.
