Pros: Good leadership in terms of employee experience.

Cons: Unexplainable. Project managers need to have a clear-cut end-to-end understanding and plans before starting on a project. I see a lot of last-minute improv, and it's not a good look, especially close to release. Need better foresight.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Decent pay.

Cons: Frequent layoffs in the last few years. Non-stability in some roles. Budget cuts.

Pros: 1. Flexibility is given to employees to work and complete projects in time. 2. Market leader in networking with great innovation and technologies to learn and work. 3. High-profile customers, but you need to be technically solid to handle them. 4. Add-on world-class campus.

Cons: 1. Low salaries compared to the rest of the networking companies. HR is mostly inactive here, as no actions are taken to correct salaries to market standards. Sometimes, a hike can take 3-4 years to happen. Because of these issues, good people leave. 2. Lots of work, even on weekends, so work-life balance is a myth in some BUs. 3. Lots of reorgs. You might be working under one manager one day and might be working under another after a few days. It becomes difficult to settle at one team.
