Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
Had a terrible experience with CISCO. I had the below four rounds in total:
- Round 1: Hackerrank test
- Round 2: F2F technical interview
- Round 3: F2F technical interview
- Round 4: F2F technical interview
After all four rounds, I was informed that the status would be communicated later. However, after waiting for more than 10 days and repeated calls to HR, I received an email stating that I was not selected (obviously without a proper reason).
There is no reason for the rejection at all. If my profile was not suited for the role for which I applied, they could have simply not sent me an invitation for an interview.
