A phone screen in which you are asked to solve a specific problem. It's not a standard interview question (like algorithms, data structures, or basic programming).
If you happen to work exactly in the area they're testing, it's fine. Otherwise, you will struggle.
The problem is that you don't know what they want, so it's hard to prepare.
