Campus selection interview.

Had three rounds, which included aptitude, group discussion, technical, and HR rounds.

The aptitude and group discussion rounds were easy to clear. The technical and HR rounds were not that tough.

Confidence and presence of mind, along with some technical knowledge, are all you need to crack the interview.

Managers are biased and present a different picture to top management and other stakeholders, but employees are totally dissatisfied, especially consultants and contractors. No good work. High-level training on proprietary systems will not be helpful to new employees. Seniors do not co-operate with new joiners.
