I applied online as a Java candidate with 2.1 years of experience. There were four interview rounds.
The first two were technical, focusing on strong J2EE, basic Spring, and basic Hibernate concepts. The next technical round focused on strong core Java concepts.
The third was a managerial, non-technical round. The fourth was an HR round.
Overall, the interview was good and not tough. The interviewers were also very helpful. All rounds were conducted on the same day. I received an offer letter after one week.
