Pros: 1. Good, innovative products.
2. Flexible work hours. Even if you work for five hours a day, there are no issues.
3. Good transport facilities at an affordable cost.
4. Ten percent of the people you meet are "REALLY BRILLIANT".
Cons: 1. Very bad mid-level managers. They just play politics and destroy people's careers.
2. Very poor hikes given. You should be prepared to get no hike for 2 years.
3. Your immediate manager is God for you. If they turn into a spoilsport, then you are doomed.
