I went to my school's career fair and had a short interview on the spot. The next day, I was offered an on-campus interview.
After a week, they asked me to fly up to San Jose for more interviews. On the day of the interviews, all 30 applicants for the Cisco Choice Program were interviewing in the same room. Each of us had a 45-minute one-on-one interview with a Cisco employee.
After a 5-minute break, we rotated to another interviewer, and then again. This resulted in three interviews in a row.
Following the interviews, there was a tour of the campus.
A week later, I received a congratulatory email, and a week after that, I received an official offer.
