Process
The on-campus interview involved three rounds: two technical and one HR.
A resume is important, and good scores are essential. For my role, decent programming skills and good soft skills were required.
The first round had questions on basic programming and networking. In the second round, although technical, puzzles were asked and soft skills were tested.
Based on my performance in these rounds, I felt the HR round was going to be a mere formality, and it was just that.
