Cons: Not too high pressure in my team. Most are familiar with my previous experience.

Pros: Work-life balance, flexible timings, freedom in work, less burden, very nice campus.

Cons: No hikes or increments, very slow career growth, slow decision-making, and a good amount of time is wasted in meetings.

Pros: Cisco is a very well-organized company. It leads the world towards new kinds of networking by providing many smart solutions. It looks towards entering new markets and will always be making very effective and intelligent decisions. The technologies that are being developed and worked on are very advanced. It will definitely be very interesting to know that a lot is going on in the networking field. The work-life balance is very good, and I've heard the same from many colleagues with different ages of experience.

Cons: The compensation is not on par with other networking companies, although it has additional benefits. There is very little scope for work for new college hires (mostly bug fixes), which is mostly the same for many product-based companies. Although an engineer gets to see and learn a lot, they have to wait for a very long time to be one of the contributors in the field.
