First of all, this was the best interview process I have faced.

I have attended a few interviews with some good MNCs before Cisco, but frankly, this was the best interview I have faced.

The way the interviewers handled the interview was truly excellent. It was a very straightforward procedure.

It consisted of:

• 3 technical rounds
• 1 managerial round
• 2 HR rounds

It was a very smooth process.

This is why Cisco stands out from others.

The process took one day, around 5 hours of technical and managerial interviews. The HR interviews were conducted over a call.

It took around 10 days to receive the offer letter.
