Process

Was referred by my friend. The interview process took nearly one and a half months. The rounds were as follows:

  • HackerRank test
  • Face-to-face interview (4 technical, 1 hour).

The office place was too good. They offered a lot of refreshments in between the interview. After the HR round, they took me for lunch, which was amazing.

Questions

Round 1:

  1. Merge sort and derive the complexity.
  2. Difference between an interface and an abstract class.
  3. Create an immutable class.
  4. Difference between an ArrayList and a LinkedList, and their use cases.
  5. Create a Meeting Room class.

Round 2:

  1. Types of locking in threads.
  2. Program to print a number in an array only if the sum of two numbers is present in the array.
  3. Program to find a number in a two-dimensional array where rows and columns are both sorted.

Round 3:

Much about the project and day-to-day activities in the previous company.

Round 4:

Manager round asked about Agile and some technical stuff related to networking.
