Process
I was interviewed by the team manager.
He first introduced what the team is doing now and then asked questions based on my resume, from my projects to behavioral questions such as, "How is the teamwork project?"
After that, a mentor from the team came and asked some programming questions in detail. I was given three pages of code and asked to tell him what the logic of the code is and how it would be if programmed in Java.
