I received an email from the Hiring Manager regarding a HackerRank test and an onsite interview.
The interview process included:
- HackerRank test (Data Structures and Algorithms)
- Onsite Interview (3 rounds)
- Round 1: LeetCode question (Data Structure)
- Round 2: LeetCode question (Algorithm)
- Round 3: Java Spring concepts.
The interview process was completed in two weeks.

Pros: For most of the BU's, you can work from home.
You can also get good (remember, not very good) benefits if you are a blue-batch employee.
Cons: Too much of a workload because work is more compared to minds. Higher rate of layoffs compared to hiring.

Pros: Immense learning resources. The fact that Cisco has its own learning center is huge.
Remote work options. Working from home is a major plus.
Good pay and benefits.
Cons: Upper management politics.
Lethargic to move. The company is slow to adapt to the latest technology and is built on legacy hardware/software!

Cons: Large, so things move slow and it's hard to gain company-wide visibility for projects.
