The interview process comprised multiple rounds. The initial screening was a telephonic interview, followed by several one-on-one rounds at the Cisco Campus in Bangalore.

Since the position was for a Dev Test Engineer, the interview rounds focused on software validation concepts, software programming, and automation using scripting languages. The automation interview was more focused on automation within the networking domain. Subsequently, an interview with the Dev Test Manager was conducted, which was also entirely technical.

There were multiple projects within the same group, and the question was asked: which group would you prefer to work in, and why?
