A written test followed by four rounds of interviews.
These included questions about my project, basic programming, and puzzles.
The last round was an HR round, where they mostly asked about why I wanted to join Cisco.

Cons: Cisco wants to become a service company, so the work culture is degrading day by day. There are lots of internal politics related to projects, work, and promotion. If you are not political, it may take up to 7 years to get a promotion.
