Pros: Exposure to latest technological developments, in-depth learning, and competitive remunerations.
Cons: Nothing related to the organization, but related to the City: Bengaluru. Although on the road of the city, 'reachability' is still an issue considering the high traffic of the city, which consumes significant productive time in travel to the office. Cisco needs to span to other cities or a more modular working environment.
