Smart employees and a decent learning experience.
Good training sponsored by the company.
Easy to move within the company.
Looks good on a resume.
Good job security (yes, even after recent heavy layoffs, it's one of the safest companies).
Still the best network company in the world.
Cons: * Very hard to move vertically.
* Little bit slow moving company due to its size.
* Average compensation.
* Has no gym or any ping pong table in any building.
